Musical Touch: Having steel drum music to great your guest when they enter the reception hall would be a great way to start of the festivities
Cocktail Hour: While the both of you take time to enjoy your new precious moments as husband and wife, invite your guest to a cocktail hour with Caribbean inspired cocktails such as daiquiris, margaritas, coconut rum flavoured drinks and maybe a bit of Tequila! You may even want to consider the colour of a reef. As for the bride, simple flowing dresses that are romantic and sexy give the air of island romance. However, any dress will look great on an “island” :-)
I think that the Caribbean Islands is one of the best places to get married. I'm from the islands myself and I miss it there all the time. The Caribbean islands have a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere that everyone loves. The beach or near to a beach is the best place to have a wedding. It's just something about the sand and ocean that's so real and pure just like a marriage (in most cases of course). You can also have your honeymoon there which would save you time and money. The music and food there is great and the sites are just amazing. It is convenient because some people might want to get married during the winter season but the cold weather and snow might be a problem for them depending on what their plans are but with the Caribbean Islands you can get married anytime of the year.
